Wednesday, January 10, 2024 - Beautiful and open immediately. Archetypical DRC stems, hoisin, hints of roses. Long and deep. Remained a top level wine for the three hour dinner with surprisingly little change. Wasn’t my initial vintage choice but glad we opened it.
