Thursday, December 27, 2018 - 80% G, 20% M. Not fresh, it was under casual cellar condition. Garnet with brown hue. Dry plum, earthy and meaty ( in pleasant way), some white pepper and dry herbals. Rustic tannins, warm alcohol. Medium bodied, Some soy sauce in m+ finish.

A rustic and honest wine.
