Monday, December 2, 2019 - Ruby color. Nose is earthy with hints of pine forest and menthol. Tastes of sour cherries, earth, menthol and a bit of spicy cinnamon on the finish. Very solid burgundy, not a star but well-made and everything works. Drinking well now, but might benefit from another year in the cellar.
