Saturday, October 31, 2020 - Had this at Guy Savoy in Las Vegas as a tasting menu pairing. Amazing. Full of fruit, light. Thought it had more complexity than what the other reviews say. Didn’t know anything about the bottle or producer beforehand and now it’s at the top of my wish list.
