Friday, December 31, 2021 - Polished ruby. Mix of wild berries, herbs, cinnamon, mocha. Soft black, blue, red fruit. More light mocha on palate. Defines balance with fruit, acid, minerality. Exotic. Energetic.

Note: served blind. 3 hour decant. guessed Bonnes. will seek more.
