Wednesday, June 17, 2015 - Very pale colour. A fair bit of stones on the nose, as well as some ripe peach aromas on the back end. The palate shows a fair bit of pale yellow fruit, as well as potent minerality. A bit of roundness in texture keeps the acidity from being too sharp. Very well-balanced and an excellent bistro-style wine.
