Saturday, September 24, 2005 - Medium bubbles with excellent length. Lighter tannins making it very enjoyable without having to "cut-through" the palette. Excellent body though with plummy fruit and savoury flavours. Very good. Nose of smoke and bacon. Not as complex as I would have hoped but show very well.
