Tuesday, June 30, 2015 - This is a little bit more difficult to get at than the 2010 was - for one thing it starts out with a bead of CO2 so it needs a good heavy shake to get into form. It feels denser and still takes a little bit of time to unwind and show what's behind the primary fruit. Eventually some stony earth comes into play, but until then it's something you enjoy for its purity and suavity without necessarily a ton of personality.
