Friday, July 29, 2022 - Ruby red core with quite a large garnet rim. The nose is still powerful and relatively youthful. Whilst some tertiary, leather, spice notes are starting to show there’s still lots of primary fruit, dark cherries and plums. Full bodied on the palate with a lovely texture, some cedar box and dark chocolate notes along with the fruit. Long, luxuriant finish. Drinking beautifully but still with potential to improve over the next 5 to 8 years.
