Saturday, May 2, 2020 - Excellent bottle. Decanted for sediment, not much but I did not have time to stand it up ahead of time and my first glass has a bit of shmutz in it. It took about 30 minutes for the slight funk to blow off. At an hour in the wine was really singing. Still youthful and going strong. Based on this bottle, no rush, but I don't see it improving. Enjoy. Paired with Kobe Waygu and nothing else.
