Thursday, July 2, 2015 - Darker yellow with gold hues; haunting aromas of yeast, wheat bread, bruised apple, ginger, sort of exotic, but also slight funky-yeasty notes. Mouth was stunning with excellent concentration, very intense, but also light on its feet and fine as well, with fine creamy bubbles. Great balance from start to finish, tremendously long finish. From what I read I thought this was going to be closed, needed to age another few years, or decant, but not even close. It is very exuberant and generous right now. I Let it breathe in the glass for 20-30 minutes and none for the worse. Reminded me of the first time I had Krug--rich and powerful and palate staining. Awesome stuff. I will get this again.
Is this the same wine as the below reveiws???
