Friday, October 14, 2011 - Fun nose on this, like egg nog meets apple juice. Lots of apple meets that spiced cream sort of thing, anyway, pretty cool. The feel on the mouth is great, lightly sweet, lots of spiced apples showing, some brown sugar. As the acidity builds some minerality shows, along with a flavor that reminds me of a stainless steel tank, but not in a bad way. Really enjoyable wine, went great with dinner. Would buy again.
