Thursday, December 12, 2013 - Old dark cherries, dried roses and potpourri on the nose. Smells nice. The palate shows straight-forward flavors of cherries and red berries with some stems. Acidity is in a good place and the tannins are very gentle, almost to the point of being non-existent. What's impressive is the intensity and length on the palate of the fruit, there is a presence on the palate of the flavors long after the wine is swallowed. Overall very delicious.
