first impression was all aspects of preserved lemon, overlaying a beautiful mid-weight mouthfeel... saline, acidic, with meyer lemon tart sweetness at the end.

this evolved into more mineral focus and softened out over the 2-3 hours it took to finish the .375 (savored)

could stand to sit for awhile but I couldn't help myself.
