It has a terrific smoky/toasty overtone with lemon, citrus, almond, apple and basil aromas underneath. It is at the same time rich but bright and focused, with lemon, mineral, wet stone, orchard fruit and chamomile flavors. Citrusy mineral tones linger on the finish, all balanced by a perfect amount of acid. I hope TLV has a lot more of these that he's willing to open when we're around to help him drink.
