Friday, November 13, 2015 - It took a lot of air for the palate to come close to the level of the nose. Not the best bottle I've had of this but with its high acidity, it was a decent accompaniment to sushi and sashimi, although a certain imbalance remained, and I, therefore, could only drink a small glass.
