Friday, June 2, 2017 - The last of my 375's and sad to see it go.
This has hit a fine, fine spot. Sulfur dominates the nose for the first 10 minutes (wife asked if it was PYCM for this reason), then as it subsides it reveals a beautiful dry, medium+ weight, mineral-driven chardonnay. it's dropped just a touch of its tension, making it a bit easier to drink than at release, yet maintains a sense of mystery and change/evolution in the glass.
might continue to age well - see no reason it won't - but gosh, this is good now.
