Monday, August 21, 2017 - Nose of honeysuckle, melon, crushed rock, and a bit match flint. Savory and sweet on the nose. On night one, the palate is made up of strong lemon and citrus leads, intermingling with underlying tropical fruit. The longer it was open (and I decanted), the more the citrus came to the forefront. Actually the citrus and fruit started more in balance than when it opened up. 92 on night one. Will reasses on day two.
