Sweet pineapple and popcorn notes at first made everyone call CA, but it got purer, more precise, less tropical and a touch lactic over time. A complex and delicious drop that knocked spots off the (admittedly wooden and ponderous) 01 Leflaive Chevalier it was paired with.
