Tuesday, September 18, 2018 - From 375 - this wine is all about salinity and minerality at this point in its life. Sea salt, a hint of caramel and white peaches on the nose. Salty, tangy limestone on the attack with a nice crisp acidic finish. Very atypical of the other horseshoe chards I have had from Rhys.
