Sunday, January 24, 2021 - With the first Dungeness crab of the season. American chardonnay doesn't get much better than this. Lively and fresh, not heavy...not tiring. (More than half of what I think makes good chardonnay is what it's not.) Fruit and oak and spice all in balance. I can't imagine this isn't at its peak.
