Monday, May 3, 2021 - Sue really liked this wine. Drank most of this via Coravin and would have benefited from initial decant to blow off residual oak and open the wine. Minimal impact from age and really lovely white burg like qualities with excelelnt acid yet still vibrant fruit and just slightest initial hint of sherry that passed. Sue clearly wishes I had more of this
