Sunday, March 20, 2022 - Decanted for 1 h then back into bottle. Now 4 h after decant. Lovely aromas of apples, Meyer lemon, mineral, a bit of herbs, mild honeysuckle, and a hint of nuts. Palate w apples, lemon, excellent minerals, some herbs. Lovely finish. Medium-full body. Excellent acids. Taking on tertiary characteristics but still very fresh. I think there is more room for evolution. But drinking really well now. 92+
