Saturday, July 22, 2023 - A fascinating wine, dark golden to amber colored; on the nose notes of acacia honey and a faint touch of botrytis. Quite nuanced and multi-layered.
On the palate it tastes completely dry with some hints of bitter orange marmalade. Firm but not protruding and well integrated acidity.
The wine went very well with melon and prosciutto and the following cod over spaghettini al pesto.
