Monday, June 20, 2016 - Fifth bottle of seven. Nose: fresh cherries. Taste: red cherries. The tannins are still not resolved. This time I’ve got doubts about their ripeness. At the second day more fruit, that was a bit sweet, but with noticeable tannins. Still agreeable, but a bit watery. Less good than last time. I will open the next bottle not before half a year at least. 87-88.
