Monday, March 27, 2017 - Opened one hour before drinking, not decanted. Color: light red, without orange rims. Nose: really nice, with fruit, sous bois and little flowers. Taste: followed the nose. Still some hard tannins, but more mature and integrated than at my last tasting in June 2016. This wine has benefitted from nine moths of keeping. Very nice. To drink with food, less good on its own. At the third day still enjoyable, but also a bit sour. Maybe it will still be better with one more year of cellaring. 88.
