Tuesday, December 16, 2014 - My 4th time with Latour 1961 and this bottle I drink along with 1945 Mouton Rothschild.

Mouton is great 2nd Growth, a lot of sediment lying underneath (unfilter ??) and this plenty of chip-sediment made the wine very powerful and must be the most special Mouton ever made. Aftertaste is like a great Burgundy. Nothing's movin' but powerful still. 100/100

But when drink along with Chateau Latour 1961, First Growth is First Growth, it gets over Mouton 1945 very easy. The nose opens 95% but the texture is pure and the structure is perfect.

Finish is amazing great, super long with directions. Only great wine can make this kind of aftertaste. Feel like walking in the air, up into the sky. No doubt the No.1 best wine in the world.

If I am lucky enough, I will have a chance to drink it again in May. Cross my fingers !!!
