Friday, July 30, 2010 - Brick red/ruby. Astounding nose displaying purely defined aromas of cedar, truffle and rich cigar box. Liquid velvet with an immense and regal palate presence and an eternal finish. Essence of Cabernet. Paired beautifully with beef wellington and white asparagus. Lost for words.
