Wednesday, February 15, 2017 - Slow oxed for 3 hours. Complex nose with iron, blood, dried flowers, meat, pencil, cedar, and red fruit. Palate is so deep and complex with secondary. In its 4th hour, it gained even more weight and freshness. This is an insane and complete wine. The wine just kept evolving every 10 mins and its so deep and complex. No doubt, it still has at least 15-20 years left based on this bottle's condition
