Saturday, November 5, 2022 - Used some for cooking pot roast, and it was NOT a waste; the added flavors were complex and wonderful. This is a very attractive Cab, with fine tannins, hints of cedar, and a lovely balance of fruit and oak. Young, but eminently drinkable now.
