Tuesday, March 21, 2023 - Dark ruby red. Very fruity with a lingering sense of sweetness. Blackberry and vanilla scent. Fresh and juicy on the palate. Like a blackberry cobbler filling with vanilla whip cream and a drizzle of honey. (This review is making me hungry.) A little bit of cocoa on the medium finish. Light tannin—could’ve used more. A bit hot.
