Smooth cherry tartness 10 min. in but the longer it spent in glass the flatter it got.
Was medium smooth and juicy in its younger days.
Day 2 (vacu-vin) : More fruit. Dam delicious!
The pepper is ever present.
It didnt go flat today but there's an unpleasant chemical note.
Definitely peaks given celery but there's nothing weird about it when young.
