Saturday, September 30, 2017 - Paired perfectly with our duck cranberry sausage. Beautiful nose with cranberry infused black tea and soft sandalwood, with some driving stone notes in the background. On the palate, wet stone and cran/strawberry. No real tannin on the clean finish.

Day 2: open, unrefrigerated on the counter overnight. Even better today, though showing a touch of candied red fruit on the nose. Even softer on the palate, with great acidity...very airy on the spicy cranberry finish.
