Monday, September 14, 2015 - CIVC Champagne Tasting 2015: 7 g/l residual sugar. Jumps out of the glass with gun smoke, ripe pear and pineapple. Quite rich in style, there is a bit of cut to it but the roundness definitely shows through. Very nice, but a wine for the short-medium term only.
