Thursday, April 13, 2017 - Not as much roundness and depth as we had hoped for from a blanc de blancs given the age. Straightforward, apples, lemons, minerals on the nose; clean on the palate. Classically clean and sharp. A bit too high toned and lacking in complexity for my taste.
