Sunday, May 28, 2017 - Super dry and tart at the pop but boy did it fill out wonderfully after an hour open. Very light, crystalline straw color with vibrant, large-bubbled mousse. Wet cement and warm biscuits with lemon jello bouquet. So refreshing, yet it has an amazing depth and nuance in the background. I'm not an expensive Champagne drinker by any means, but at the roughly $75 for this, I'd say this is excellent on the qpr scale. 5+12+18+9= 94
