Thursday, February 13, 2020 - Nose with light autolytics and lemon, full mousse, fine bead with persistent effervesce in the mouth, palate had a touch of honey, ripe apple, subtle citrus and even more subtle autolytic notes, good acidity, medium body, feels a touch sweet on attack perhaps a bigger dosage? Overall showing great, still not at full maturity, will aim for 2024 for my next bottle. 91-92+
