Tuesday, March 24, 2020 - This was lovely. Has a rich hint of yeast/brioche at the beginning, with a fruit blossom aroma on the palate, soft citrus notes on the finish -- initially a bit disjointed. Very fine mousse that gives this bottle an extraordinary foamy mouthfeel. After some time the blossom and citrus aromas became seamlessly integrated which improved the finish.
