Saturday, February 13, 2021 - Developed nose showing baked apple tart, subtle lemon, honey, bead is fine and persistent, palate was creamy with with sweeter ripe red apple, baked pastry, nice acid, decent complexity and drinking great right now. Delamotte really hits the mark for me with a little age.
