Easy to drink, and very fresh to be 10 years old, but still some tannins left. The 2003 had a more Merlot dominated nose, almost new world, hedonistic, but less elegant and less in balance. More full bodied, but still a bit closed. Needs more time, but I doubt this will ever be a classic Bordeaux.
