Thursday, January 22, 2015 - Clear lemon color with crisp aromas of white flowers and citrus. On palate more citrus with lemon and grapefruit, some grass, and pronounced mineral flavors, including some ash but maybe knowing it comes from a volcanic region made me think of ash. Clean balanced finish. I enjoy Etna white wines and this is a good representation.
