Saturday, May 29, 2021 - A somewhat bigger expression of Coonawarra shiraz. Good with strong, full flavoured meat dishes. Excellent tannin grip and full plum, mint and chocolate notes. I still prefer the lighter earlier picked examples made by the Redmans and Wynns of the earlier years.
