Saturday, July 25, 2015 - A blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. Simple and forward wine, flavours of red apple, its freshness (7.4 gr/l TA) unfortunately more than balanced by the residual sugar (8.8 gr/l), to leave an impression of blandness and flabbiness. Not my style.
