Alcohol and heat on the nose initially. Bing cherry and blackberry palate

Still quite primary. Jammy rich fruit. True to the Pavie Macquin style. Hard to drink more than one or two glasses of this one. Will wait 3-5 years for the next bottle. Will be interesting to see how this develops.
