Tuesday, June 13, 2023 - This final bottle of a case seemed a little sweeter than its predecessors, but I was drinking it at summer cellar temperature, which is a little warm for a White Bordeaux Blend. I pushed my consumption of this wine over fears of oxidation, but really, this wine has years ahead.
