Sunday, October 7, 2018 - Deep yellow, immediate rich nose, kind of citrus, pear, peach aged, bit of creme brulee, wonderful hints of smoke, herb, honey. All carried to palate. Perfectly balanced sweet and acid, with delightful changes on palate to a long finish that ended with a cleansing pop, deep and fresh at the same time. Nicely aged, seems at top form now.
