Thursday, April 9, 2015 - Opened two bottles for a family gathering at our favorite Tuscan restaurant. Domenic (the chef) had trotted out his new spring menu. It was nice to have Matt Cline's field blend along for the occasion, this is good stuff, as usual. Quite a variety of food ordered, the Three stood up to the hearty ones, complemented the finesse dishes, and tasted really good as we drank some waiting to be served. This is supposed to age well; we won't find out.
