Thursday, July 30, 2015 - Really pleasant wine. 100% merlot. The fruit shines through, but is not overtly sweet as some US merlots can be. It has berry flavor with an edge of tobacco. The body is in between light and medium. Clearly does not have a lot of complexity, but one cannot expect much in the sub $15 range. Overall nice QPR and an easy week day drinker.
