Tuesday, November 10, 2015 - Consistent with my previous tasting notes. Quite dry, savory and somewhat oaky Burgundy Pinot Noir that feels quite light and delicate, true to the Volnay style. Feels like the wine could use some additional aging to integrate the oak better with the fruit. Overall a decent effort, but nothing special to write home about. At 45,10€ the wine isn't really that good value and I'd look for something more interesting for that price.
