Thursday, July 31, 2014 - I found this to have tart apple undertones - a decent effort but has room for improvement. Visited the bodega in Spain - winemaker/owner is very personable, kind, and generous (treated us to lunch at his favorite local hangout). I think he is still experimenting with finding his flavor profile that he is going to be happy with. Don't rule him out for future tastings.
